Mystery Man on Presumpscot St in Portland?

I've heard there's some guy on Presumpscot street in Portland who does work on old bikes, but no one has been able to give any more information than that.

Does anyone know how I can contact this guy?

There's a guy named Ed who works at 158 in South Portland that works on bikes. Not sure if that's at all related to Presumpscot St mystery man, but he's at least a kindred spirit.

I used to live in Portland up until about a year ago.
