$17.00 regulator/rectifier....for sohc?

Saw this on ebay, $17 shipped. Its got 3 yellow, 1 red, 1 green wire. Any reason I can't put new connections on this and use it on my 750? it says 12v. Anything else I should look out for? Wire gauge I think would be a key, but it looks standard.

Does the Honda Elite CH125 have a permanent magnet alternator?
