The DR8ESL should be fine. If you have resistor caps, use the D8ESL instead.
Or, use the Denso X24ES-U, if you can find them.
I used the following plugs on my K2 over the years (resistor caps) under all sorts of conditions:
Cold weather/short-haul/strictly city riding: D7ES, X22ES-U
Mixed hiway/city, summertime driving: D8ES-L, X24ES-U.
Long-distance touring: D8ES, X24ES.
Racing: D9ES, (no longer available, D10ES often too cold), X27ES-U.
I am just venturing into the Dyna III myself. The higher voltage and wider plug gaps should help keep the plugs cleaner longer and idle better. Hopefully, better enough to allow a little richer mixture, which increases midrange torque considerably on the CB750.
