Did you install the pipes to the collector prior to installing to the engine? I found the springs went on easily that way using the tool they supplied.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Just spotted these: http://www.cyclexchange.net/Performance%20Pipes%20Page.htm

Nicest looking collector I think I've ever seen. Not as cheap as Delkevic's, but if you looking for POWER, these just might do the trick.

Just to add a little info on the F exhaust's the 75/76 F exhaust is different than the 77/78 F 4-1.  The 77/78 is more of a tri Y in the stamped collector. The late header will fit on a K frame but the 75/76 header hits the brake pivot on a K.  I'd guess the late one is lighter by a small amount and the early collector is bigger ( 2 1/2" slips over) than the late one, maybe 2"

Pleased with new Delkevic exhaust to cb350f to replace rusted 4-2.  Kit came with pipes numbered to match numbers on collector, sealing compound, stand stop, and small hooked tool to install springs from pipes to collector.   On one inside spring had to use ratchet strap and hook tool wrapped to right fork tube to stretch spring. On other inside spring used this great tool.

No drain holes.  I assume none needed since stainless?

Yes, but I didn't put the springs on until after it was all lined up. Easy peasy. One spring was a hard pull, but not too bad.

I've had an offer from a guy who wants to swap his RC51 for my K1, but if that doesn't come off, I might buy a Delkevic pipe for it, the price is right, and it looks a lot like my old Yoshi pipe. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Terry,
The RC51 is one of my favorite bikes.  Right up there with the FireStorm.  Those late 90s/early 2k Honda twins were awesome.

Yeah mate, I've got a Firestorm, but the RC51 was a Homologation race bike and a little bit more special again, so if this deal comes off, it'll be a keeper! ;D

I just sent them a message inquiring about a 650 version.  I offered to send them a 650 header I have laying here.  I would love to have one of these pipes on my bike!

And did you have any luck? I tried to get an answer from them aswell :)
