I am trying to figure out if I can use any other rearsets other than the $130 ones I see on Dimecity and so on. I have a cb500 72 and am wanting to put the rearsets where the passenger pegs go. I am 5'6 so I found it to be a good place to put them.

Question two is, do any other tanks fit my bike? I have a huge tank on there now with the gas cap in the center, not sure what model or year but I think I want a smaller like from like the 350 etc.

Last is the seat. I am looking for a good fitting cafe seat. I find a ton of seats but none really 500/550 specific. I don't want it to overlap the frame or be too small. Where is a good place to get them?

Thanks guys!!!

I am also looking at tanks and I bought a seat that I think will look really good with a 400f seat. I would suggest figure them out at the same time for the line. I have my build in my signature if you like the seat let me know. It does overlap the frame but it matches the line perfectly.

midnight08 just posted in the what did you do to your bike today thread, they are working on rear sets.

Excellent guides. The problem is I am still very unfamiliar with these bikes so even researching is tough when you don't know what you are looking for. My main concern is the tank, which one to buy without modification.

thanks!
