1975 cb750k all stock, except exhaust.
I hooked up my timing light today, inductive type, to the #4 plug wire, and the strobe was inconsistent at low rpms, idle range ~1000 rpms.
At higher rpms, ~3000, the light seemed nice and consistent.
This did not seem to occur on 1, 2 or 3.
I cut the plug wire back 1/4 inch, same result on the #4 wire.
Any thoughts?
