CraigsList app question
« on: May 13, 2013, 09:13:00 PM »
I read a thread today on one of the forums about a CL app for notifying me of key words. Was it here, I can't find it anywhere now?
It was titled something like "Why don't I get this lucky?"

In my experience it wasn't worth it for me. It pushes the data to you at whatever increment probably every half hour. Around here and most places if there is a deal to be had it is already gone or dibs on it.

You say it wasn't worth it, how much did it cost? I found another app that was only $2. I certainly don't check CL every half hour so it still will give me a faster heads up than I would have on my own.

There are MANY CL apps.  MOST of them are free.  If they are not free, they are typically less than $2.
Try a bunch.  Try a few at the same time.  See which one gives you the results how you like them.
A $10 investment, if it comes to that, will be forgotten when it helps you be the first to call on your dream bike.
