Can anyone tell me if this would be a good deal to try and do a restoration? What about the 350's he has for sale?

It would be a good project but you could easily spend $1500 restoring it and have a bike valued at $1000.
There is a saying: the cheapest bikes are the most expensive.
BTW - he's a good seller, bought some nicer parts for my Z1 from him.

That looks like a nice foundation to start with;I have a soft spot in my heart for the CB100/125's.I've ridden many miles on both & plan to get a CB125 when I find one.

Somebody bought it. But no title. I don't recall how difficult it is to overcome that in Indiana. In Illinois it's practically impossible.
