Topic: Mac 4-2 350f exhaust

So i figured a few of you would like to see the Mac 4-2 exhaust cans.  I am pretty happy with the purchase, got them off ebay for $279.  I really wanted the 4-4 on DSS but that will come another day.  I had to cut about 4 inches off the number 3 stock header pipe and about 2 inches off the number 2.  1 and 4 did not need much besides the angles cut off and cleaned up.  The hardest part was figuring out what header pipes belonged where, i think i got it correct, either way the headers slide right into the exhaust cans now.

Wow, the bike and the pipes look great!!  I'll bet they sound nice too.  I picked up a '74 350F a couple of weeks ago and hope that someday it will look as nice.  Mine have the 4-2 Macs side exit cutoff look.  They sound real throaty and nice, quite a difference from my everyday ride, (at least in the summer) an ST1300 which is really quiet.  Keep us posted on your progress.  Do you have a before picture?
