amazing turnout of bikes
and NO RAIN!
my buddy Conrad(98VFR), and member (Paul) Speedwolf ('74CB500) hooked up and headed out. the show and bike parking was along 5-6 bocks of 1st street, and all side streets. the show was small and only 2 of those blocks. all streets contained 3 rows of parked bikes, bikes coming and going, and peeps walking the show.
we were ushered in through the roadblock and had to part the sea of people. eventually parking on a side street.
probably 30:1 (american iron : everything else)
only 3-4 CB's, and nothing really spectacular or new to the area.
the CBX below, not in the show, might have taken the Japanese class. it was really clean.
I did this show a few years back with my 350F and took 3rd behind a couple honda and yami baggers. go figure.
after walking the show and bellies full of pulled pork, we made a nice 100 mi loop through the county back roads. speedwolf pulled off about half-way and headed back to W-SEA.
photo looking back at the entrance, there is another packed 5 blocks and side streets behind us...
good show, better food, great company and ride.
