Could be the nature of the beast, don't know what you have to compare it to, but they all do that to a degree, more or less. Essentially, the plates are not releasing their hold on each other and "drag". The symptom gets worse from age, or lack of runing. But overnight should not be a problem.
If its truly worse than you would expect, you may need to disassemble the clutch and scrub the plates, or replace them.
Some people have luck, so they say, switching around oils, but its very controversial. And you should get good performance from regular MC oil.
There is a trick from HondaMan of drilling more holes in the cllutch hub to let more oil in and allowing the plates to disengage.
