Hi eveyone in the net ,
 I have a 72 750 with 7880  ks that are original on the clock. Its running fine and once started and used for about 3 gear changes , changes fine .....but....once left overnight , the clutch sticks and does not separate  and upon engaging 1st gear gives a really loud "CLUNK" . It is always hard to get into neutral also. All adjustments that I know of are fine.... oils are recommended by manual etc etc etc...Any suggestions?

Welcome. It's a problem that happens when they have sat for a protracted period.

Welcome.

Could be the nature of the beast, don't know what you have to compare it to, but they all do that to a degree, more or less. Essentially, the plates are not releasing their hold on each other and "drag". The symptom gets worse from age, or lack of runing. But overnight should not be a problem.

If its truly worse than you would expect, you may need to disassemble the clutch and scrub the plates, or replace them.

Some people have luck, so they say, switching around oils, but its very controversial. And you should get good performance from regular MC oil.

There is a trick from HondaMan of drilling more holes in the cllutch hub to let more oil in and allowing the plates to disengage.

Have you adjusted the drive chain?

Inspected your drove sprockets (frt and rear) for wear?

I just changed my sprockets and chain and the transformation was amazing.
