Nothing like having a few motorcycles at the house
« on: May 21, 2013, 05:35:27 PM »
Cut the grass today. And to get to my mower I have to roll the bikes out of the garage.

I need a larger garage (shop ::)

No rb550, I have a wore out Craftsman rider. It's on it's last leg, but still gets the job done ;)

Schnell, I like your security system for your bimmers. Is the CB750 chain to them?

I chain my bikes in the garage too. My kids think I'm crazy BUT they haven't experienced the feeling of having something important or valuable stolen (and I tell them that).

I had a little XR70 like that, bought it for my daughter a few years ago. She had no interest, I was so hurt!
Sold it and bought another SOHC.

Actually a 50 Steve. Have some pics of all 6'3" of me riding it but they are not pretty.Bought it a few years ago for friends kids when they come to the shop or friends who have had to much to drink. My wife's grand kids are now old enough to give it a go this summer if it does not start a family feud. Her ex and I ride together and are friends.We are all good but the daughters husband---Ehhhh  Jerry Springer you in the house  !!

I know the feeling, between my wife and I we have 5 Hondas and 1 Kawasaki in a one car garage. I just said no to a cheap well maintained Fireblade due to space issues, I can just sneak the mower out between the wife's cb650 and my 750. Must get a sturdy garden shed for the mower I think, haha.

Oh and the key to having a wife that's cool with lots of bikes is to have her ride a bike as well, you just have to make sure she has her own bikes or she'll always want to ride one of yours. The 650 makes two bikes I've bought her, haha. Someday I'm hoping to come home to a new bike for me from her, fingers crossed ;)

What ever you do DON'T get a storage shed bigger than your mower, all these MCs talk to each other and I think they breed. Never seem to have room, it get filled with another MC
