Breather hoses k8
« on: May 25, 2013, 11:57:06 AM »
Okay so there is a breather hose on the bottom of the oil tank, one on the top of engine (have that hose) and one on the back of engine. My question is do any of these interconnect? Example: the oil tank breather to back of engine breather?

Can't seem to find it in the manuals.... Help please!

The breather on the oil tank connects to the breather on the back of the engine. The breather on the cam cover vents to atmosphere via the stock airbox.

The diameter of the tubing provides a clue as well. The back of engine to oil tank is one smaller tube. The top of engine is too large to hook to either of these.
