Disc brake rear

I have a 74 cb550 that I just picked up for a project. Does anyone know if there's a disc brake rear wheel that will fit up on these?  I'm thinking of going with a Harley 16" or 18" rear on the new frame if i can't find something else.

The '75-76  CB750F had a spoked, disk brake rear wheel.  A salvage operation might have the wheel as well as the caliper and master cylinder.  Rebuild kits are still available for the caliper and master.  This would be an 18" wheel.

Awesome. If but I can run an aftermarket mc/disc setup. As long as I can get the wheel. =)
