Well I'm new to the SOHC scene, but based on what I see for the price of used parts it seems like the bike is worth it for spare alone.

But with that being said...I'm really old school and rarely buy anything without seeing it in person, but at this price it's very tempting. Are you close enough to swing by for a closer look?

If you are prepared to loose the money then yes. I would want to be close enough to go see it. I just have never bought any thing on cl maybe its safe I don't know and don't need to. I have bought things from people on this forum but I do look into them a little and have always had a good experience.

It's only up to $242, which is not a lot for a complete bike, no title or not.

The bigger question is how easy/difficult is it to get a title for a bike in your state?

can get a title over in alabama super easy, and came across a thread here where you can get one in the mail through vermont

Then I would be all over it. As complete as it is, I  would probably bid up to $700-$800. More than that would require a personal inspection.

Incorrect.  You can get a registration from Vermont. Auction was ended.
