Could anyone measure it?
« on: June 07, 2013, 06:23:24 AM »
Hello all.
I am reassembling my engine, but I have a doubt about the bolt packing cylinders that go between the cylinder and the head, around the pins which connect them. They come from an aftermarket gasket set, but I think that maybe they are a bit short, because they seem not to seal well between the cylinder and the head. They measure 7.25 mm high, but I would like to know how much do the Honda ones measure. If anyone is rebuilding an engine and could measure the Honda ones, it would be very helpful, to check if I should buy the original ones. Thank you.
