I only use acid free batteries so I don't have to worry about that breather issue. Might want to consider that route. I have seen that acid mess up many a pipe so well worth the cost to get a different battery.
Cb 750 341 pipesGiven the current state of replacement parts, I was wondering first:How do I care for the solid pipes that I have on my rider?Take them off each year and wax them?Reroute the battery breather hose???.Has anyone tried filling or submerging a 341 pipe in evaporust ( or some other product) to stop the development of rust inside a pipe? Will it just burn off from the heat? Thanks all
Consider adding 2 stroke marine oil to your gas tank each fillup (1 oz. per gallon). Many do it to protect against the effects of E10 gas but it should give a small layer of protection to exhaust parts also.
