as i said, the worn-out one that i have will be replaced so i won't be using it. you can experiment with it, i don't mind.
if it works out then we'll have a solution for all those other covers out there that are worn which in the end will help everyone to keep these bikes running as they should.

yes..lets take it up..vhen you find a replasment..
.the idea is to find some defekt parts..find a easy vay to fix it.
.or make the tooling to do it and make some,, to send in exthange for defekt ones..so a kvik response can be done..

i have a idea of a back cutter in heigh speed steel..vho are running in the holes, on a longshaft, and can be moved backverd turning and take matrial at same time..but it have to be sentered to make a proper round senter hole...then press a bushing inn..and drill a pinol schrev inn to hold it in place..
the auter hole are less problem..the inside at senter cam thain area..is the problem..to get hold and senter it..and take matrial  aut at same time

its aktuly just a long shaft ,drilled a cross hole..fix a cutting" heighspeed bit" in the hole..and make a back kut
i kan not speak english/but trying!!
