Were you waiting 30 years for that one or just a CBX? What did you have to give for that one? My buddy restored CBX's for awhile and had some amazing ones.

Just waiting for a CBX in general. The only requisite was that it had to be a 79. This is a two owner bike, with small scratches and a couple of small dings, I think it gives her a lot of character. Now it's time for carburetor fun. :-)
Thankfully I have a very understanding wife so I didn't have to give anything up, just some room in the garage. :-)

Not a picture of the bike but of the fun you can have with a straight six. :-)
As per the shop manual you have to remove the exhaust, remove the upper motor mounts and tilt the engine forward to remove the carbs. I didn't do that of course.
Still, one more of the joys of vintage bike ownership. :-)
