Cadb insulators

Does any one know if the carb insulators are interchangeable with the 78 750 K & F models? These are between the carb and head.
16212-410-000  This is the part # for the 78f #2
16212-405-000  This is the part # for the 78k #2
This place makes all four but only for the F models

The 'K' (405) are shorter than the 'F' (410) and of a slightly different profile. If you are running pods, the K ones will work on a F, although it's a bit of a wrestle getting them on. If you have standard airbox setup and use the K's, you will create a larger gap between carb and airbox. I have used K's on an F2 with pods but don't have experience of them with the standard set-up. Maybe if you used them you may be able to adapt the rubbers airbox-side as a leak this side of the carbs is not as critical?

Actually having re-read your post it seems you are asking about whether it is feasible to fit the F rubbers onto a K bike (assuming K8 with PD carbs?). By my own logic then the answer would be no, the F rubbers would be too long.
