clutch adjustment
« on: June 12, 2013, 06:48:58 pm »
Hello
I have, per manual, adjusted the clutch but it still engages at the very end, lever almost all the way out.
Is there a way to make the point of engagement sooner??

Adjustments to the lever are done at both ends of the cable.  Major adjustments at the bottom and fine adjustments at the top.  Moving the clutch friction point relative to the lever is a trade-off, though.  I also like the friction point a little closer to the grip, so I'm willing to live with more free play in the lever than is recommended.
