Rear wheel inner spacers different? 75/76 750F vs 77/78 750K

The F0/F1 bikes have the same rear wheel inner spacers - p/n 42620-392-000. The 77/78 750 K bikes have a different part number (42620-ME1-405). Are they different lengths? Mine (supposedly from a 76 750F) measures about 106.5mm

It (42620-392-000) only cross references for the 75-78 F's.

Who has one for the late K's they can measure?

I have a 78 750K It has three spacers one is stepped that goes in the sprocket carrier I don't think it is the one you are talking about. The other two are short & long. The short = 25mm average long=35mm average. I have no idea what or where that 106.5mm would go. If you need the stepped spacer # let me know.

I'm talking about the one inside the hub - between the two bearings.
