When I refurbished/rebuilt and painted my RH control I found a decent density of plastic, cut 2 small squares the correct size and epoxied them along the edges to reconstruct the crumbling plastic case around the starter button/switch. I kept the original sides with the little slots to hold them in. It works as new and was much less stressfull to put back together knowing it was a solid switch.

Bars on and replaced fuse. Idk bout short situation but took it for short run and no power or short issues. May be a to be continued situation lol. Haven't gotten chance to look at starter button opened up yet but kicked over ok. Overall just thrilled to get the bars on and looking niiiiice! Rode so much better too without those bent crappy mini apes.

Yea! Pretty flat down here at the nj shore so no rugged mountains in the background or desert wastelands lol. Just lots of scrubby pine. And of course the best beaches on the east coast.

Never been to Joyzee. Your next assignment, Mr. CBpunk, of you decide to take it, is to get a pic of your bike near the beach. And an impressive bikini in the shot sitting on your bike is a plus! (Not on you!)

Looks just like mine did when I hauled it out of the shed (except lots shinier) and onto my trailer. I have the original mirror set as well if Tews can't find his for you. The peeps on this forum are good people and always willing to help get a bike on the road, especially when the owner is willing to ask for help, listen and put in the work. Your bike looks awesome. Good work...now go out and flog the hell outa it

Hey CB- I just looked for the mirrors I thought I had...no luck. I found a photo I took of the bike when I picked it up, and the mirrors were missing.
