I hear you stevo. I'll see if I can get a set of originals , but in meantime these at least let me see past my shoulders. The set previously on the mini apes too short stemmed.

Don't necessarily have to be originals, but quality mirrors you'll be happy with.

BTW - still waiting for that pic of your bike with the busty blonde at the beach!

Dropped her last week and now the rear blinkers won't light up but do flash in sync with the front blinkers. I'm certain the green wires from the blinkers are in the correct place with the taillight greens as the taillight lights without a problem. Any ideas gents?

Have you checked the bulbs, both could have blown the one element when on and dropped. Or, the power wire for that circuit  could have broken in the drop. Check for power at the connection for the tail lamp sub harness and then at the sockets if the bulbs are intact.

Bulbs def intact. Where is the tail lamp subharness ? If the tail lamp is ok wouldn't that be moot? Thanks man

I don't have a 750, my cx500 and s90 are wired to have separate sub harness for the tail lights, the 550 is probably more similar, on second thought. The wires leading to the tail lamp and turn signals, check for power on their bullet connectors where they plug into the harness. The ground circuit for the bulb is the metal body of the signal and where it bolts in. The two wires are either constant on when bike is on or on when flashing.

Fuses are good and your tail lamp is it lit? Take it your rear markers are dual circuit and normally lighted from your initial post.
You can use a sewing needle to pierce the insulation if necessary to check power along a wire but, generally best to use the bullet connectors when possible.

Yea dropped it. No fun. All in all was very lucky. Was able to hammer out back fender and it looks ok. Small ding on one of the pipes but paint still perfect and more importantly I'm ok. Think I cracked a rib tho. I checked all connections under the seat and left side cover and all seem good. This one got me baffled. The blinkers are blinking but not on when bike is on while the taillight is working fine. The green wires going into taillight relay loom fine. Wondering why no juice going to the rear blinkers as taillight light no prob. Strange.

Thanks raf but since taillight getting power from same connector as the indicators I'm stumped why they aren't lighting when key is turned to on. Seems very straightforward but not functioning. Ugh.

Single filament bulb obviously means they do one thing. Blink. Feel pretty dumb.
