Best cam chain tensioner?

The cycle x one looks quite good but wondered what other options there were and if they were as good as they ( cycle x) say?

Mine is a bit brittle so thought I might be best to change it. I really hate that noisy cam chain rattle.

While ago there was somebody on ebay sellign just the wheels made from some fancy material, but I have not seen that in a while.

Vintage CB carries rubber replacements for the original.

I believe cyclex makes the best one.
