It is likely the wheel bearings for the modern axle will drop into the CB wheel hub (they did on mine) requiring you to only deal with getting the modern discs adapted to the hubs space-wise and bolt pattern-wise.
The Brembo snowflake rotors share the same pattern to bolt directly to the CB hub. Then you only have to machine spacers to match up to the calipers. If you go with the snowflakes, you may need some small spacers on the radial fork mounts if the snowflake rotors are 10mm larger in diameter from the new disks. This was how mine was mocked up.
