Well after a few days or worrying if I was taken for a nice chunk of money. I got this in the mail today.... I went to pick it up rather then waiting for the Postman deliver it.....

Changing the lower race was the toughest... I used a punch to begin with but that did nothing... Then I got my Dremel and had to cut it off. Came off with out a glitch.... The lower bearing took some time but patience was key...

My buddy Jim came over to help me mock the front wheel on. Wrong axle but I wanted to see how it would look. Assembly wasn't difficult.

Thanks brandEn! Naw I am still not sure if I will attempt the Harley wheel as it is near impossible to find on eBay or have my step dad machine the stock hub for me...

Insight please!  I need all the help and advice possible!!!!!!! Oh and I meant Harley hub..... Then possibly some nice aluminums.... Not sure if I should go with 18'' and 18'' or a stock 19'' up front

Pop a tank on to see what the line of the tank is with it off the centerstand and it propped up upright. Then you can tell if front will be high with 19" tire. 
Need hub that will mate to rotors with adapters. Find machinist that can shave ribs on center of hub and give smooth center and polish it up... That and machined like FJ did if you are staying with spiked wheels.

There are more perf tires available in 18 than there is in 19...

2000 and up dual disk 1" axle. Narrow glide for sure but I'm sure they can be mixed.

It is likely the wheel bearings for the modern axle will drop into the CB wheel hub (they did on mine) requiring you to only deal with getting the modern discs adapted to the hubs space-wise and bolt pattern-wise.
The Brembo snowflake rotors share the same pattern to bolt directly to the CB hub. Then you only have to machine spacers to match up to the calipers. If you go with the snowflakes, you may need some small spacers on the radial fork mounts if the snowflake rotors are 10mm larger in diameter from the new disks. This was how mine was mocked up.

Looking good Tews very mean look to that bike.  If you go with 18" front and back let us know what you did for spokes.  I like the look of the same size tire in the front and back.

Radial mounted calipers eliminate torsional flex.  They are also supposed to improve pad wear.

This is the same approach I took with my wheel but my rotors had more offset allowing thinner spacers. Did you have enough spoke clearance without shaving the back of the calipers?

It's definitely a concern.  I may have to mill some of the inner portion of the monoblock calipers.  I will have to see when I get to the wheels.  I am also pondering using a mag wheel in place of spoked wheels, but I can't find plug and play 18" front/rear wheels.

Tews, That looks sweet! Did you use the GSXR stem or did you have to press in the 550 stem to the GSXR triples?

How are these spacers between the hubs and rotors attached?

Direct bolt on with the stem. All balls provided the proper set up. The hub with rotors mounted is not mine. I have yet to get that far.
