Hmm. Where does the Airbox hose go to then?

The one at the top of the airbox? It connects to the unit you have in the top picture...
'78 750K (F3 engine) PD42b's, Modified airbox w/K&N  filter, 40/110 jets, 1 needle shim, IMS@ 1 turn out. Kerker + Cone 18" QuietCore

Thanks.  I'll go see if I can peek and find a hole on the side. Hopefully I don't have to tear the bike apart to get to the port. :(

Dont ask me how I did it...

Only had to remove the side cover and lift the seat. Wasn't too bad with some patience. Honda sends you about 3' of tube. It doesn't need to be no where near that long.



Will I notice any difference with anything with this vacuum tube connected?

We all will breathe less toxic stuff  ;) but as far as a seat of your pants improvement, not really.
