I found another one, but it's a bit too "project" for me. Seems to be rather complete though.

That is certainly not the most impressive 450 I have ever seen!  Killer - it's all yours.

The guy also has this, which seems to be rather nice:

Probably worth a few hundred bones less than what he's asking for, but my girlfriend wants it! If the guy wasn't 5 hours away, I'd go take a look. CB350 is too small for me, but for the lady it would be a sweet bike!

http://lewiston.craigslist.org/mcy/3899397655.html

The market has dried up over the last 3-4 years, all the barn bikes seem to have been found and used.
The price on that 450 might not be too far out of line these days. The engine is a gamble, the rest of it can be seen in the photos. It could be $1,000 away from being a good rider, could be less.

I agree Bill. This could be a very sound bike that either needs minor resto, or needs major resto (mechanical). I wish it was local; I would have given it a look by now.

You're the man toytuff! Thanks a bunch for finding this.

Imagine cloud silver fenders and the Sunrise Flake Orange tank/side covers on a CB450....white decals...

Thinking about making the gauges white with Orange text.....

It will keep it "classic", but will have some modern touches to it with a hint of "custom".

Nothing over the top that would kill the value, but just enough personalization to make it a real looker. Frame and engine will be stock, as from the factory.

Dang. It probably won't start if it doesn't have a coil. If compression looked good, then bringing over $400-600 cash would probably be a wise choice!

As you know, be careful of that central US rust. I went to Wassau to drive my aunt back from a divorce, and I was shocked. Cars that were no more than two years old already rusted through the doors and fenders. WTF!
