Lots of people on this forum have those. FYI those are for a CB750 and won't fit your 400F...
Search for Carpy's pipe or something similar and you should be able to find a few threads with some good info.

And is it just me, or are those some pretty rough looking welds on those pipes?

I suppose that explains the cost though...they are cheap.

Ha, yeah, I love the 400f...they're great bikes for around the city!

And yes, running the Pamco with the stock coils. I know some swear by points, but to get rid of one maintenance item is a plus...bike starts first kick every time.

I was wondering how cheap they were because the auction only shows a bid that hasn't met reserve. so I checked his feedback and was first disappointed to see after 12 sales in the last 30 days 5 were negative feedbacks. They were all from the same buyer with no explanation why he was dissatisfied. Looks like the pipes go for $250.
I'd be interested in one for CB400f also.

I have one on my cb750 and really like it. Although like someone said earlier in the thread it won't fit your 400f.

They sound and look great but you're correct on the welds. they could be much better. But, once you powder, paint, wrap, or coat them they look good.

definitely good from a far but far from good.

my $.02.
