I took what you said and decided I shouldn't cut any corners either. I pulled the trigger and bought me what I wanted for my build, modern front end.

Looking for updates daily on this build!!!!!

This build has definitely caught some attention, and you have selected some nice premium parts to dress it up. Can't wait to see how it comes together.

I like that exhaust.

Are you going to be cleaning up the engine or modifying it? Or do we have to wait and see?

Wait and see ;D

At first I have to end the frame, still some weld has to make

Then I would paint him in black, as well as many other parts as wheels, hubs, the fork, and full of little stuff

Later I'll begin to rebuilt the engine, completely new, and I'll modify him, with high compression pistons, webcamshaft, dyna 2000, keihin CR26...

Do you have an idea how long it will be before it is finished? You seem to me in the fast lane with this one.

When FF subscribes you are doing something right. If you haven't already set aside a couple hours and read through his build thread. The end result is a fantastically beautiful bike.

I love the mix of owner built and high end purchased parts and am really looking forward to the end result.

I think in the end you won't have spent much more than a new CBR500R would have cost you, and will have a bike you can proudly say you built yourself.

Thank's all again!

Now I go to show you what I made with my swingarm

I remove the chainguard supports

Now I want to put that

Great

I also had to modify the rear brake arm, to adapt my wheel in 4.25*18 with an avon roadrider in 150/70

Here the origin

Then I made an aluminum

It look very nice, But that was not rather solid

Then I have rebuild one in steel
I bought that

The first weld of my life ???

After the smoothing of the welds and sandblast, that's perfect!

Here we are, I find that makes really good ;)

Nycepop,
I don't know why more of us do not install swingarm spools for a rear wheel stand. Great idea.

Thank you! ;)

For me It was necessary, because I had to remove the main stand, she didn't pass with the 4 in 4

And it's easier for the maintenance
