cbx550 gearbox into cb500

Morning Folks,
i did post this up yesterday but can see it so if i am repeating myself please bare with me.
Anyway does anyone know if the cbx550 box will fit the 500/550 motoror if there is a conversion that can be done without spending a fortune on a bespoke box,

You didn't explain exactly what you are trying to accomplish, but sounds like putting in a 6 speed to replace the 5 speed.  If so this thread might help - http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=83871.0

that olso wasnt easy; main problem is the schiftdrum and gears are to wide
