I took it to a Honda mechanic he said its Rick Collins cam? No wear besides on little scratch. Good for top end he said

It's worth a few hundred bucks at least.  The same grinds are available new from I forget who (megacycle, or Webcam) for a few hundred, but some guys will pay extra for the real deal if it's New Old Stock like that.

That's what my guy said.

He used to work with the owners of Vance and Hines back in the 70s. Showed me pics of their 750s that were ridiculous fast

Your guy needs a history lesson, Terry Vance and Byron Hines both started their careers with Russ Collins, now if you think the V&H bikes were cool you should see Russ's bikes....  Its well documented on this forum and Russ's son is a member here.... ;)

Don't know any dyno numbers but seat-of-the-pants was noticable across the board.
