836 kits and headwork

Is the 836 wiseco kit bolt up to the same head?

Got to get my barrels redone and wondered if the head will be ok as is?

I don't think any head work is necessary with the 836 kits. However, you can unlock a lot of power with a good port and polish job and oversize valves are good too.
