heres my back yard,,i did a job up at springbrook,we ride this road a lot,ive cut it right down to include the single lane bridges etc,the dash cam is right on the A pillar,,although i do cross the double at times, that truck coming down,an unwritten law is uphill trucks give wide berth and way to the downhill trucks, this is uphill the whole way,,its a great ride up or down,,better have good brakes,,this is a week day didnt see a single bike,,man some guys pass us on late bikes really flying, like truely fast!if anyone is coming to the gold coast for a holiday or similar look me up,,ill show you the best riding areas,,these roads go forever,,no stop signs or red lights, that truck is a six month old isuzu,,it was empty and tares at 6.3 tonnes,,it has a 7.8 litre 24 valve intercooled straight six and a six speed box,man it did that easy, only used 4th and 5th the whole way,the grades not really apparent in this footage,i still havent figured out a way to mount my cheap plastic dash cam on the honda yet without modifying it or damaging it.
