You can get out a stuck bleeder by boiling the caliper in vinegar. I use a $20 Wally World crock pot and a quart of cheap vinegar, leave it on high over night.
This will erode away the bleeder screw without affecting the aluminum caliper.
It however will also soften or remove the caliper paint.
