If it were viable to open a "cafe racer" shop this might be a deal or someone in the vintage parts business. But $25K for 100 bikes probably includes a bunch of junk.

I went to check it out a few weeks ago.  I counted 80 projects, mostly 300 cc or less.  Nothing was a runner.   Didn't want to make an offer and piss the dude off.  He was a nice guy and I'm sure it is worth that much to somebody.
It is a proven fact that modifying a SOHC Honda in any way will bring on the apocalypse.

I think I'll show this to my wife and pretend to be serious just to see if I can get her to #$%* her pants.

"really honey, it's gonna be worth AT LEAST $5000 more after we fill the garage with all of it and I spend hundreds of hours in there cleaning and tinkering.  Oh, and I have to drive it all back from his place 3000 miles so once we get the second mortgage to pay for it I'll be gone for a few weeks."

:-)
I recently restored and sold a 77 cb750f, and am nearly finished with a (former basket case) cb750k5.  This is a place to share, learn and enjoy.  I am grateful to and for 99+% of this site's membership.

I talked to one of the guys who said he was involved in this at a local Sheets in Statesville.  I got the impression that it had been severely "cherry picked" before the listing.  Its been up for quite a while now.  I would guess its been looked at a lot in person and is still for sale.  That kinda sorta tells me something.
