Well it's nice you have a new reg/rect...  but what has THAT got to do with no spark??? The diagram you posted shows a thrid item you call ignition, but  is marked as the key switch.
So, we have no spark, a new reg/rect, and, a diagram that shows the key switch. You need to attack this one item at a time. If you start changing things in more than one circuit at a time, I'm pretty sure you will become even more confused. It sounds as if the harness has been stripped out of the frame?

No spark,  is going to be central to the coils/points (or electronic pickup). Do you have voltage on the coils when you turn the key switch on? Check that as an initial starting point. It s/b on the black/white wire...  but if the harness is stripped off, then you need to trace out your hacked in wiring from the kill switch, if it still exists!

When I was rewiring my k6 I found a full wiring diagram much easier to use. They look complicated, but once you get your bearings it will show where every single wire goes opposed to the simplified diagram.

If I'm correct Black hot comes from the battery to the ignition kill switch. Black/White goes from ignition kill switch to the coils. Blue and Yellow wires go to the points. Is your ignition kill switch in the "On" or "Off" position?

The different positions are for regular ignition on and the parking feature which on stock harnesses is usually the brown/white wire

Screw the other schematic use that good color one and use oldmanhonda.com

Old man has an interactive on/off function to the diagram so you can isolate circuits
