Hi everyone just and update on the build.
Had to do away with the mono shock conversion gone back to twins. but retaining cbr600 swing arm the motor is now fully re built new pistons and rings re-ground valves. new guides and stem seals etc.
fame painted. seat unit modified and body filled. flattened and primer flattened again also gas tank
both ready for paint
engine re- painted and fitted. still lots to do. harness in place and electrics all checked working fine now but only on test lamp
still got to mould seat foam after painting then recover
I still require rocker cover end caps if any one has any more so within the UK
if any one can help me out would be appreciated
