No helmets in sight, but this guy sure needs one. Video a bit scratchy to start with, but focus around 1 o'clock for the action to start. Somewhere in China. I'd hate to see his skills on anything bigger than a scooter.

This is what happens when you aim a vehicle instead of drive a vehicle. The world is full of people like this, unfortunately they usually drive SUV's and text.
