This deal was sealed @ 1100 hrs.

CL360 to Corky.

CB160 and CB350g to me. Owner is looking for side covers to the CB 160. Hoping he will find them otherwise I have to shop for a set.

CL has 17k, CB 160 has 56xx and the CB350G has 36xx.

Stored inside since 1985 and as you can see well preserved.

Located in Nebraska. 12 hour drive one way. Going to swing down and look at a S 90. This leaves the CB 77 on the hit list.

Going to leave them in Wyoming until other bikes are purchased. Will have all five, if not more, delivered at once.

Congrats on the new acquisitions, you'll have a busy winter or fall cleaning up the new bikes. They are good looking examples. The Yahoo Groups 160 group might be able to help source a set of side covers...or VJMC mail list... Don't forget the racing 160 list, those guys might have a spare set as well...
There used to be an active contingent of 160 racers in the PacNW and midwest/Canada that raced the 160s...not sure if they still race.

Like I said at the beginning. I'm not buying junk bikes with high prices around here and left coast. It's time/fuel/food but well worth it.

Did I mention several boxes of parts with the deal? Yup, that too!

On we go! More to buy, more to spend. Still jazzed on this one but still have a CB77, S90 and 79/80 CBX. Sandcast are always on top.

It's like a box of chocolates, you never know what we are going to get.

Just got the word. Bikes are loaded!

Was getting worried as the seller had full price offers.

Pics tomorrow but here is what I know.

Both tanks have slight rust. Not bad but some.

The paint, tank and frame on the CB160 is just perfect. Few dents in fender but going to have that fixed and repainted correct color.

No side covers for the CB160. Bummer. Seller is still looking. Fingers crossed.

Both seats are like new.

Rims are spotless.

The CB350G is just super spotless. Rust on the left muffler only. Paint is perfect! No damage. Side covers perfect. Emblems perfect.

Corky just said.."We did good, real good!"

On way to Omaha then back West.

Even the paint on the engine case covers is perfect. Saves time and money there.

Thank you. In the last week it was extreme pain. Could not eat or drink. Could not talk for a month or better.

Two of Marvins greatest assets were friends and food. He could not do either. He suffers no more. RIP.
