I recognize that second bike...it's 5 hours away from me...did Steve tip you on it?

Don't get a CB450. You may turn over to the twin...er...darkside....and never return. People on here will make fun of you.

But people out there...out in the real world.....will give you more compliments than a CB750 or a CBX.

I once received 5 compliments in a single day on my CB450. These weren't "fly by" comments. People actually walked up and stopped me. Gets annoying after while. :) And my CB450 wasn't the best looker in the world...

My girilfriend also doesn't like the look of them, but something about them I find sexy. Rear disc brakes, 4-1 exhaust. They have some things that 1-up the Ks. I like the aggressive style and the long-look of the body. I'd love to have an F along with my K.

We did not contact him. The seller removed the price early this morning. Was at $3100.00 OBO.

Painted frame, wrong color etc. but the parts were a plus.

I like the long sleek look of it, but hate the comstars.  That one above looks good.   Honda detained the 750 and the valve guides wear prematurely.

Spokes wouldn't look right on an F, though IMO. Nothing about spokes says "sporty"

Toytuff, why the peaked interest in the CB450? I'd like to think I spread the bug around, but I know that's not true.

The only CB450s that are out there should only be in my garage. No competition!

Did Kawasaki make a 900 cc triple?

The reason I ask is that Corky has a friend up by him that has over 250 motorcycles. Says he has a lot of 2 stroke bikes. I never heard of one. Maybe you guys have.

I do know he has a very clean CL77.  8)

OK, to replace the countershaft seal on the 1979 CB 750K requires splitting cases. Must be why it's so cheap.

Since I don't want to be bothered I'll take the CB450 off my hit list. A 79 CBX, CA77 won't be noticed as much.

There, that was easy.  ;) Saved money too!

Well, nothing this month so we will see what August brings. Done for July.
