The front fender is wrong so it will need replaced. The rear fenders on most of these smaller Honda's had a mud flap.

After reading this comment, I had another look at your CB160 picture and think the other item "wrong" on it that you were originally referring to, is the front fender. It looks pretty good, but I believe the original projected more from the brackets, and covered more of the tire as a result.
WE HAVE A WINNER!
Most everybody missed that one HN. Sticks right out doesn't it.
Good job. Again.

Actually TT it doesn't really "stick out" as wrong from the pictures, but I suppose in real life it would look minimal on the front tire.
A few years ago I had this copy, which had been beautifully done-up in a powder coated frame, Honda candy red, and clear-coated paint. The transmission and speedo had also been changed from stock to match the 5-speed cluster from a later 175cc that had been installed. I finished it off with the missing headlight rim and bulb, a new un-scarred dyno cover, and a new fresh mudflap that isn't in this picture. I also put some pods on it as the original filters were not present (they hid up under the side panels). The pistons were of unknown (to me) size and were supposed to be Wiseco origin, and with them and the pods I was never happy with the tune. However, I did ride it a bit on the road and it was a blast...the 5-speed was nice but the internal shift linkage weak and failed/slipped once to let me down.
I sold this CB160 a few years ago. The "chicken hawk" is a nice complement to the Super Hawk that I rode in the 1960's and still have.
