Hello from Boston
« on: July 08, 2013, 05:52:42 AM »
Hello!

I just picked-up a '72 CB500/4 for a first bike, and have started doing some work with it. Kicked-off repairing the turn-signals, which worked pretty well -- unfortunately, messed up the clutch adjustment in the process, so working on that now!

I notice that a few new people here have CB500/4s, so perhaps we'll have a good refurb group going.

Welcome! I'm in Somerville as well. I've got a 550 and a couple of CB125s.  Let me know if you need any help with your bike, or want to ride and/or talk shop.

I used to spend a lot of time in Somerville. You are lucky you have some of the best people for advice very close to you.

Awesome. Thanks for the welcome. If anyone is local I'd love to meet-up and learn a few things from you. I'm just getting my feet wet, riding and doing repairs. Lotta fun.
