75 CB 550 FOUR K1 SPARK PLUG BOOT QUESTION?

CHANGING PLUGS THE OTHER DAY AND NOTICED THAT THE WIRE HAD PULLED OUT OF THE BOOT ON THE 3RD CYLINDER IS IT OK I JUST PUSHED IT BACK DOWN IN THERE OR WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Do you mean the cap came off the spark plug wire? If yes, remove it and cut 1/4" off the wire and screw the cap back on.
If you haven't changed the caps lately, might be a good idea to do that, only about $5 each...

YES IT CAME OFF THE CAP I COULD SEE WIRE THERE'S NOT MUCH THERE.. SO I WANT TO STRIP AND EXPOSE THE WIRE ABOUT 1/4" AND THEN PUSH IT BACK IN THE CAP?

Make a straight cut, don't strip the outer layer of the spark plug wire.  The cap has a screw-type tip inside that needs to be threaded into the end of the wire.  Push the freshly trimmed spark plug wire into the cap, and then rotate the cap to screw it onto the wire.  When you feel extra resistance to rotation, the cap is on far enough, it usually only takes a few turns.
