It appears to be leakin between the cylinder block and head , I'm gonna give it a good cleaning in the next day or two and give it the foot powder test .
I also have a leak at the tach seal as well , but don't see how it can drip down that low

Tach seal = cheap. Throws the oil out.

I'd say Honda gaskets are the best if possible. I just rebuilt my motor and used gaskets from Cycle X. They have different options based on your needs. Make sure your surfaces are not warped though. I am very happy, 3000+ miles and has not leaked a drop. (I replaced that cam/tach seal too)

Drill a hole in it, thread a screw in the hole, and pull on the screw.

Think my leak is somewhere underneath....question is where , don't think it's the oil pan, never cleaned the bottom of the engine, it's filthy what's a common culprit ?

If you clean all oil off, check after riding for awhile and it's nothing obvious from around any gaskets, could be from chain oiler. Won't get too much oil on engine but will drip onto ground. Got any pictures?

Was wondering about the chain oiler ? Where is it ? I wanted to get into the front sprocket area , and tried to get that cover off , but, the " gear shift " cover is in the way, best description I could come up with , if I undo all those bolts , and there is a seal around the shifter cam , am i opening up a can off worms ?I dont want to be eff'in up gaskets and seals , but it does look like there is alot of oil accumulating back there .

Chain oiler is in the spindle of the front sprocket.  It is only two bolts to get the cover off.

First picture is the oiler, second picture is the cover - position #1.

You can put gasket on dry, make sure surfaces are clean and smooth, torque down evenly. Should have no problems.

You need a plug, no matter how tight you close the oiler, it will still leak.  If you have an old spark plug, I am pretty sure it is M14 - some spark plugs fit in there.  Proper plug would be threaded with O-ring to seal the hole.
