My Dad Will Be 88 July 16th
« on: July 11, 2013, 11:50:15 AM »

A number of you know of the ordeal my (so called) brother and his wife put  my Dad and me through, a few years ago. Well, my Dad is going to be 88 on the 16th of July and he is doing pretty good, considering his age. He does seem to have demencia and has gotten to where he isn't wanting to get up, take his meds or eat, on a regular basis. His weight is down to about 110 lbs.  Ii  It bothers me, that I have had to get into it with him, because of not eating and taking meds. I have tried everything I can think of. He says he isn't ready to go yet, but he sure seems to be headed that Way.

Billy tell him I expect to see him at  Simcoe vintage trials , for the over 70 section the prize for winning is a case of champers and a leggy redhead to open, pour and peel grapes for them, ask him what he's riding and none of that mono shock crap, so he''d better start building himself up, because I hear the Redhead is a stunner.

Thats Oct 6th Simcoe Ont.

LOL! Bill, I appreciate your thought, BUT the Leggy Redhead just MIGHT be a bit more than my Dad can handle (at least, right off).  ;D

BTW, good to have your input. Myself, I have a little less than 4yrs, to hit 70, BUT I already HAVE the Lady.  ;)

Bill, trying is what counts, who knows the redhead, might appreciate the effort from an experienced gentle man.
