1977 Honda 750F Supersport "Helmet Holder Decal"

Can anyone tell me if a 1977 Honda 750F Supersport had a "Helmet Holder Decal" on the Seat Bracket Frame, right hand side? I have one now but is it Stock with the Bike?

That matches the 75 and 76 but I do not know about the 77. Did you look at a parts fiche?

Yes and they do not list it. My 77 has a Helmet Holder under the Seat. You would think it would also have the Decal. Was hoping someone would have a Original 77 750 that could chime in.

I have a 1978 F2 CB750. The bike cam with the two helmet decals attached to the frame adjacent to the helmet holder hooks. The decals had been painted over so after I stripped and painted the frame I applied new decals in the original positions. If you look very carefully on page 5-4 of the service manual you can just see the bottom edge of one of the decals under the edge of the seat. The service manual can be downloaded from this site. The approx. size of the file is 35MB. Pat
