Looks like the guy pulls in front of him then gestured towards him, got tailgated a little and then sped off. The guy speeds up in response and then the bike is braking in front of him before he nails him. Looks like they both were morons. Bike got hit hard...probably locked up the rear wheel as a result of the accident.
