I ride to work whenever I can, but only on days I don't have customer visits as they frown on using motorcycles for company business (but, I get a company car, so I can't really complain...).

Anytime on the weekend or evening as well, too..

#1 I don't go to work
#2 I'm usually pretty on edge when I'm riding  :o
#3 I ride to shows
#4 Yeah, I'm retired ;D ;D .....12 years now and loving it!

P.S. Recent New Steering Dampner installation was a mind blower.
Get one! It's a whole new ride, aim it and go!    Best handling upgrade I can imagine.

When I actually grew up a little and got more than just my bike, I changed the routine a little. I dont mind riddin to work too much mainly cause its 3rd shift, but I prefer to save the riding as a treat or reward when I can get out without schedules or speed limits. (Except the last ride, when the speed limit was officially explained to me). Ill refuse to run the everyday round town errands though on bike.
